Return Policy

Immerse Bikinis does not offer refunds and our policy is a store credit only policy.

If you would like to return an item for store credit, the request has to be made within 7 days of receiving your goods via email to After receiving approval for your store credit return, please package your suit securely and send it back to PO Box 2806, Honolulu, HI 96803, along with your original receipt.

Shipping Time Frame:

  • Inner Island Shipping (within Hawaii) may take 2-5 days.
  • Shipping to other states (outside of Hawaii) may take anywhere between 7-12 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on various factors such as the shipping method chosen, weather conditions, and any unforeseen circumstances. It's always a good idea to check with Immerse Bikinis directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding their shipping times.

Exchange/Store Credit Policy

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the original condition: new, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with tags and hygienic liners in place. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to the sender. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for paying for shipping fees to return order for exchange or store credit. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy Steps:

  1. Email
  2. Subject the email with your Order Number
  3. Once approved via email, we will provide you with a Return Number.
  4. List the Return Number on your package or a separate note inside the order
  5. Return the item to: PO BOX 2806, Honolulu, HI 96803
  6. Please note: the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s).
  7. Email us back with your shipping information (tracking number and carrier).

 Please note: Packages received with no information, and no email trace will be returned back to sender.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Return Policy Guidelines:

  • We gladly accept returns for store credit only when received in original condition: new, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with tags and hygienic liners in place. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.
  • Please fold your return items with care and package them securely as received
  • Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to ensure proof of delivery
  • All sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer pays for return shipping (except when receiving wrong item or size)

Loss or Damaged

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that Immerse Bikinis is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Additionally, Immerse Bikinis is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please carefully follow care instructions, as the item will not be exchanged if the item has been wrongly damaged. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be exchanged. It is our policy that we must receive the broken/faulty item in order to be reviewed and approved by our team before any other steps may take place. If the customer refuses to send the broken/faulty item back, we can offer only a partial refund. 

International Sales Policy

Due to high shipping costs, we are not able to cover the cost of outbound shipping for exchanges on International orders.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs and duty changes the which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.

Non-Refundable Items

Store credit or refunds are not available on sales items or gift card purchases. This includes the use of discount codes. All Sale Items are Final Sale.
